pugsy,
Thanks for that Florence Nightingale site. Excellent one! I've been Googling, Yahooing and Hoohooing for almost a week and didn't come across this one. Really helpful, thanks again. You da Googleman!

Incorrect x 3. I think the shih tzu, peke or even poodle are the vain mutts in the dog world.
First of all, it's not incorrect, leave alone x 3! Yup, I should have mentioned Shih Tzu as well though I've never had one but aware of their notorious for being vain. I'm not familiar with the Peke fella. These are ALSO vain mutts. Are you implying Pomeranians are not? Let's not get started on mutts here!

Maybe you could start a thread on the cannine species and begin with the Pug [pun intended!]. Afterall, you have the ideal nick for it, not to mention the knack.

Arf! You are most welcome. May I ask why you want so many images of her? A nurse project? You want your partner to wear her period clothes because it excites you? You want to wear it yourself? Woof! Pray tell. . .

I've owned two Poms before; a bitch and a dog. Both were not so-called vain at all; the bitch was yappy, the dog pisses over the furniture a lot. Maybe your Pom got its vain behaviour from you?

My Shih Tzu is more "manja" needy, than vain. How does a vain dog behave anyway? Strutting and showing off its peacock tail? Now, peacocks ~ them birds are commonly believed to be vain!

Even my Japanese Chin with its peacock-like fan tail is not vain. So. . . maybe your Poms are the exception?

A real sicko aren't you? At least we know how your mind [physical, not intellect!] works! If Florence Nightingale and her uniform can cause anyone to turn their thoughts to anything remotely sexual, that person must be sick... real sick! I've seen nurses uniform that do, but Florence Nightingale? Get help da...quickly!!!
I'm doing an oil painting portrait of her for a new Nursing college here. It's a large one and I needed some details.

That's understandable. You can't have the dog and the owner behaving vain, can you? And two dogs don't make the characteristics of the breed you know.
the bitch was yappy, the dog pisses over the furniture a lot.

Ah well... maybe you had the odd bitch that was not potty trained and wanted so much to emulate her master? Miss Jones describes mine to a tee for example, "...she uses papers for a bathroom and doesn't make his person get up early for a potty walk". Never done a job on the furniture, and mine is two and half.

Maybe your Pom got its vain behaviour from you?
You know who I'd like to piss on right now? That should prove I'm not vain.

My Shih Tzu is more "manja" needy, than vain.
That's what I'm told, almost human like, but I've never had the experience with one.

How does a vain dog behave anyway?
Mine willl never do her job if anyone is watching! But I suppose yours would just shoot all over your legs?

Strutting and showing off its peacock tail? Now, peacocks ~ them birds are commonly believed to be vain! Even my Japanese Chin with its peacock-like fan tail is not vain.
Like I said, maybe they don't want to crowd your house with vain pots! Overkill?

So. . . maybe your Poms are the exception?
Not according to the experts in the field. There's even a chapter specifically dedicated to this topic, 'The World according to the Pomeranian' which describes all their eccentricities.
